Welcome to our 2023 Fall Detox Challenge that will take place from Sunday, September 24th at 7pm until Sunday October 1st at 7pm…

As we approach our start date you will receive suggestions on what to avoid, what to implement, and beneficial practices. Remember these are only suggestions and you are encouraged to listen to your own inner voice and body for guidance on how much or how little to get involved.  We also will be available throughout the duration of the detox for support, assistance, and additional guidance.

As we approach this simple yet life changing event here are a few suggestions on how you may want to prepare the strong/week before the challenge:

·        Share with your inner circle and those whom you trust about your detox journey to provide additional support and encouragement

·        Do not binge on your favorite less healthy foods as to add additional work for the body and potentially to experience additional discomfort during your detox

·        Increase your water intake to at least half your body weight in ounces if you’re doing it already

·        Begin eating your last meal of the day closer to sunset to assist with better digestion, assimilation, and quality of rest
